Barbara's Story
College
The years I spent at Mars Hill College were some of the best in my life. Most of all, I cherish the relationships built with classmates, faculty, and staff. Since graduation, my appreciation for MHC has grown even more. I have had the opportunity to experience a number of other colleges and universities both as a student and an employee, and none of them have measured up to the welcoming family atmosphere (not to mention the awesome BEAUTY) of Mars Hill. nager Darryl Norton, who quickly became a good friend throughout the years at MHC. The other was President Bentley, whose warm and open personality represented all that MHC is about. My favorite teacher was my Business Professor Charlie Pressley. I ended up getting a Minor in Business just because I wanted to learn from him. Also, I learned a lot from my Psychology professor, Dr. Herzog (even though he often gave me a hard time!). Lastly, there are many friends who will always have a special place in my heart...I'd love to hear from you!
